The originally approved plans were designed for use as a B&B consisting of four-bedroom stone house, each with its own bathroom as well as living quarters for the owners. Subsequently it was thought to build 3 separate apartments, with accommodation for a site manager, and to sell this as co-ownership project, off the plan.
Alternatively, a smaller family home was envisaged at a much lower cost for an owner/occupier or holiday home. The last two plans have been considered by the Council’s Technical Officer who agreed with them in principle. Plans can be altered to suit the requirements of the new owner. But the maximum volume cannot be altered.
